Instructions

Step 1
Put the chicken wings into a large bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Pour onto a baking rack or baking sheet that's lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 40 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through. Turn on the broiler and broil for about 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and crispy
Step 2
While the chicken cooks, melt the butter and remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil together in a saucepot. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, 30 seconds. Add half the Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika and crushed red pepper flakes, to taste. Cook, stirring, about 1 minute
Step 3
Take the chicken out of the oven and put into a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley
