5 Ingredient Beef Enchiladas

It was very easy to make.

Could add onions and seasonings, overall very good and simple

These enchiladas turned out amazing! And super simple, I did add chopped onion and jalapeno and a tiny bit of cheese to mine.

I didn't have the correct type of cheese but used normal cheddar instead and still tasted great

What a great recipe. I used homemade enchilada sauce. I also used homemade taco seasoning in the meat with the salsa. I paired them with homemade Mexican rice. Such a great dinner! Tasted so authentic.

Simple, easy, and good. It didn't say to but I seasoned the meat and also added some extra cheese.

I can't have salsa or enchilada sauce as I'm allergic to peppers and sensitive to tomatoes. So we followed most of the recipe except my old man replaced those with a homemade cheese sauce. We used carb balance whole wheat tortillas that only have 2g net carbs per serving. We topped ours with sour cream and olives. I'm not sure if we increased or decreased or equaled out the carbs this says it has. It was delicious, and we are having leftovers tomorrow. I'm more than happy to make this one again.

I added Chives and black olives to the recipie and it was a hit.

These were super easy to make and my husband as you can see went absolutely crazy about these and ate everything up faster than I could get through one tortilla. They were very, very tasty. Made me miss my favorite Mexican restaurant that closed down. Super filling!

Made it and it was nice and filling! I recommend using a mix of cheddar and mozzarella if you don't have access to mexican cheese. I added beans to the ground beef to have some variety in the filling.

It was great. My Momma and Dad came over to 'test the recipe' and I thought I went way too far and cooked to much. I ended up with 22! I ate one, my 7-year-old ate one, husband and parents ate. When we put up the left overs, there were four! It was a hit at our house. Not spicy, served it with rice boiled in tomato and chicken bouillon and set out the usual toppings for all Hispanic themed meals.
