2vegan bouillon cubes
no-chicken, if they are the double size kind, be sure to use just one

½ teaspooncelery seed
optional

8 ouncesvegan sour cream

2 x 8 ouncevegan chicken strips
packages, cut into bite size pieces, i use thawed morningstar farms meal starters chick’n strips, you can substitute 1 pound chicken-flavored seitan

1can sliced water chestnuts
drained

6 ouncesbuttery crackers
vegan, such as or Ritz, crushed

2 teaspoonspoppy seeds

3 cupsfresh baby spinach leaves
