Instructions
Step 1
Add canola oil to a skillet over medium heat. Once oil is hot, add onion, ginger and garlic. Stir fry for several minutes or until fragrant.
Step 2
Add ground pork and break apart with a spoon. Continue until the pork is cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit).
Step 3
Remove the pork from the skillet. Add green beans and red bell pepper and cook until the vegetables are soft and slightly charred on the outside.
Step 4
While vegetables are cooking, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce and fish sauce in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
Step 5
Add the ground pork back to the pan along with the sauce. Toss together until the meat and vegetables are evenly coated in the sauce.
Step 6
Serve over hot rice and enjoy.
