Step 1
Crush garlic and Thai chili in mortar and pestle until pasty, transfer to a small plate.
Step 2
In a clean work or skillet over medium high heat, add cooking oil to heat up, put garlic and Thai chili paste to stir until fragrant, then add in minced pork to stir fry on medium heat until the meat color changes.
Step 3
To season meat, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar to mix. Stir fry for another minute until meat liquid cooks off. Add basil leaves and stir fry until wilted. Transfer onto a plate, serve over rice (you may also add a fried egg over the rice for a complete look).
