I love dark chocolate but this was too much for me.My second batch I didn’t use the bakers chocolate, but added a little more of the chocolate chips, and added extra heavy cream to further lighten it. Success!! We also added crushed candy canes on to before it hardened. My kids added marshmallows to the sticks - these are a fun Christmas gift for neighbors! Note that it doesn’t all easily melt into your cup, but it still tastes great. Kid and parent approved!
