Pan-fried chicken in mushroom sauce

Adding some garlic and tarragon to the pan made it 10/10.

Whilst this isn’t high on the healthy scale if you make it to the recipe, you can adapt it to use chicken breasts instead of thighs and low fat creme fraiche instead of cream although it’s a little more sour than cream it is still delicious. Add some garlic and tarragon for a rich creamy mushroom sauce and serve with rich, pasta or potato. Lovely.
