Instructions

Sear the Chicken

Step 1
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken thighs for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Sauté Aromatics

Step 2

Add Spices

Step 3

Build the Sauce
