Step 1
Season thighs generously with salt and pepper.

Chicken no oil in a small-to-medium skillet over high heat. Brown thighs skin-side down 4–7 min, cover and cook at low heat for another 20 minutes

Deglace with vinegar - reduce 30 seconds. Add ketchup, olives and piri piri
Step 5
Taste sauce and adjust. Sprinkle with chives

Pour sauce over chicken. Serve
