Sticky pork lettuce wraps

Not our favorite, but didn't have quite the same ingredients.

I added red cabbage and thinly sliced and seeded Jalapeños to the toppings for a little more color and flavor profile. I'll omit the water as it made the marinade too runny, and will make more of a rub or paste so we can get those flavors more!!!

Turns out the pork just isn't for me. It's very strong flavoured.

The whole family loved this meal. It was super easy, healthy and delicious.

Great flavors and relatively quick & easy.

Be sure to thin slice the cucumbers it helps but it was refreshing

I also added fish sauce and ginger to the marinade. Pickled the carrots in white vinegar, brown sugar and water. It was super delicious and I will make it again soon!
