Instructions

Step 1
Spicy Pork (Stir-fried spicy pork): Thinly slice the pork. Add 1T sugar, 1T soy sauce, and pepper. Mix well. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Making the sauce: Combine 1T gochugaru, 2T gochujang, 1T cooking wine, 2T corn syrup, 1T oyster sauce (or soy sauce), 1T minced garlic, 1/2 tsp minced ginger, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
After 10 minutes, heat 1T oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork on high heat. Once partially cooked, add the sauce and continue to stir-fry. Near the end, add onion and green onions, then sprinkle with some sesame seeds. Delicious spicy and savory pork is ready!
Step 4
Vegetable Preparation: Thinly slice the red and yellow bell peppers, half an onion, and carrot into thin strips. Slice cucumber into thin strips. Wash lettuce and remove excess water.
Step 5
Rolling the Rice Paper: Soak rice paper in cold water and shake off excess. Place lettuce, spicy stir-fried pork, and vegetables on the rice paper. Roll from the bottom up, folding in the sides. Roll to the end.
Step 6
Fish Sauce: Chop a bit of hot pepper and green onion finely. Put 1T fish sauce, 1T water or apple juice, 1T lemon juice or vinegar, 1tsp minced garlic, and 1/2T honey or sugar. Optionally, add a bit of sesame seeds. Mix well.
Step 7
For peanut sauce: Put 2T peanut butter, 1T lemon juice or vinegar, 1tsp minced garlic, 1/2T soy sauce, 1/2T honey or sugar, and 1T mayonnaise. Mix well.
Step 8
Dip in sauce or cut in half to eat. Serve with fish sauce or top with peanut sauce for a delicious meal. Healthy and tasty spicy pork rice paper rolls are ready!
