Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp grated garlic cloves to it. Add 1 medium size chopped onion to it. Mix everything together and cook the mixture for a few minutes. Do not overcook the mixture as we do not want the onions to loose their crunchiness. Cook till the onions become translucent. Add 1 chopped bell pepper to the mixture and cook everything together for a couple of minutes. While this mixture is being cooked, we will prepare our pizza sauce. Pizza Sauce: If you have pizza sauce at home, you can directly use that or else follow these steps to prepare your own pizza sauce. For preparing our pizza sauce, we need 4 tbsp of tomato ketchup. Add 1 tsp of oregano or mixed herbs to it. Add 1 tsp of chilly flakes to the mixture. Add 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder to the mixture. Mix everything together. Your Pizza sauce is ready. Coming back to our pizza mix, add 1 small chopped tomato the mixture. Mix everything together and cook everything for a few minutes. Add 1 tsp of salt the pizza mix. Add 3 tsp of the pizza sauce that we created to the mixture. Add 1 tsp of mixed herbs or oregano the mixture. Add 1 tsp of chilly flakes to the mixture Add 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder to it. Mix everything together We will need paneer for our recipe Add the paneer to the mixture. Mix everything together. Your Pizza Burger Mixture is ready. We do not need to cook the cottage cheese. Its time to assemble our Burger. We will need burger buns for this purpose. If they are not cut from the middle, cut them in two halves using knife Add mayonnaise on one side. Add the pizza sauce on the other side. Place the pizza mixture on the bun. Grate some mozzarella or any processed cheese on it. Close the bun and spread some pizza sauce on the top. Garnish the bun with some more cheese. Sprinkle some mixed herbs/oregano and chilly flakes on the top. Repeat the process for all the burgers. Time to bake the burgers. Preheat a pan on low flame for a min. Place the burgers in the pan. Make sure the flame is low. We do not want the burgers to burn. Place some water on the side. This will help the cheese melt faster. Make sure the water does not touch the burgers. Close the lid and let the burgers cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Your Burger Pizza is ready. Serve hot. Enjoy!!!
