Creamed Corn

Because I made a smaller pot full, I only used one teaspoon of sugar. I cooked the frozen corn right in the cream sauce for 15 minutes or so until it thickened. Yummy!

I thought it was ok. I only added a tsp of sugar. I might have liked it better if I'd stuck to the recipe on the sugar amount. It was just ok, not great in my opinion.

Didn't expect I would love this, but wanted to give it a go. Used half milk, half cream and only tsp of sugar. It was great!

Reminds me of childhood, my mom used to make similar side dish. Super easy to make and tastes great. I added only 1 tsp of sugar, corn is sweet enough already.
