Definitely would use 2 eggs for the dough and cut back the brown sugar to 1 or 1 and a quarter cup. Used a one tablespoon scoop, made 54. Baked at recommended temp for 9-11 minutes. Tried it with a dried fruit mix of golden raisins, cherries and crasins plus substituted in crushed cashews. They are very soft and flavorful.
