Ingredients

24 ouncescottage cheese
I like using full fat
1 ½ cupshredded mozzarella cheese
some more for topping
½ cupparmesan cheese
grated or shredded
1 cupmarinara sauce
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonitalian seasoning
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste
8 slicespepperoni
uncured
Bruschetta crisps
crackers, or pepper slices, for dipping
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until reaches a smooth & creamy consistency
Step 3
To a large bowl add blended cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, sauce and spices and mix until well combined
Step 4
Transfer to a 11×7 casserole dish. Top evenly with a layer or more shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy warm served with Bruschetta crisps, crackers or pepper slices for dipping
