Spinach Pasta Salad

I followed the recipe and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely a keeper

I have family members who aren't too keen on tomatoes, so I shredded and sliced some English cucumber and baby carrots and use those in place of the tomatoes. It was a quick and easy salad to put together.
