Skillet Balsamic Peach Pork Chops with Feta and Basil

My family liked this one. I didn't have any issues with over drying like others did. I will cut more of the fat of off my pork chops before cooking next time. I did season my chops before cooking. We used a good sprinkle of Garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

I liked this. The peaches added a different texture and the sweetness I think always lifts pork which for me is always a little bland. Cooks easily but it definately needs to be watched, it's very easy to overcook. . I served it with a little white rice , so it really needed the peach and balsamic for flavour.

Very easy but delicious 30 minute meal! 😋

Delish, especially with some red onion and mushrooms. Kids were not big fans of the sauce or peaches but ate the pork.

Y’all. This recipe is bomb! Don’t forget the garnish or basil and feta. Makes everything so delicious.
