Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta with Chicken and Creamy Mozzarella Sauce

Bland. Needed more of... Something

Loved it! The sauce was thick, as the instructions states, but some pasta water helped. Served this to picky eaters, and they loved it!

The sauce can be very thick so definitely add pasta water at the end. I'd say double the amount they tell you to use

Definitely needed thinned out quite a bit, but still delicious! Added a total of 3/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to keep a nice subtle heat

I liked this. It has a mild taste. I think it would have been better with fresh basil instead of dried.

Made 6 servings and had so many leftovers!! Easy recipe to follow and delicious result. Took about 40 minutes :)

New family favorite. I let my chicken brine for 6hrs before making. Added mozzarella cheese on top then cooked in oven on 375 until cheese was melted and golden(8ish mins)

I used Tyson Grilled and Ready Chicken Strips for faster prep. Also replaced the sundried tomatoes with a can of fire roasted tomatoes. Moist and delicious!

I used Orzo instead of penne but it was awesome and really easy!

Added paprika and a pinch of chili powder for flavor and added color. Was amazing! If I didn't have 3 roommates this would have definitely made a ton of leftovers. They all raved over it and it's a definite "make again" recipe! Next time I may add some kale or chard for extra color.

Made it without mozzarella and with LOADS of seasoning and some red onion added with the garlic. Worked really well this way

Delicious. I seasoned the chicken well with a season mix for poultry, similar to Tony Chachere's creole seasoning. I used half and half per the recipe and just diluted the final sauce down with the pasta water at the end. Fresh basil makes a big difference to bring all of the flavors together. And, I added just a little creole seasoning at the end. It brought up the flavor nicely.

Didn’t use milk with heavy cream. Used chicken broth instead. Came out good.

I grilled the chicken. As the other note above, I added Cajun seasoning because it just needed something else. Plan on using other seasonings for variety ie southwest, ranch.

Pretty good and super easy! The sauce is incredibly thick without cutting with pasta water, but it's so easy to thin it out to your favorite consistency. I'd add a bit more basil and more sun dried tomatoes next time.

It was a little heavy on the cheese and too creamy. There weren’t a lot of seasonings. We added a cajun chicken breast and those seasonings made it better. Maybe butter and milk instead of half n half.

already reduced the oil and cheese but still kind of made me feel sick

I like it I should have separated the sun dried tomatoes from the oil in the jar made the pasta alittle too greasey still good would mix a stronger cheese with the mozzarella cheese for alittle more flavor

I added roasted red peppers and upped the seasonings a little for a more robust flavor!

I like this for weekday meals when I don’t want to do too much cooking but still want something tasty.

Not one for me but gf likes it

Really good. I upped the spices some to add flavor, was a little bland with amounts here. But super good and pretty simple. Def worth the work. ❤️

This has to be on my favourite quick meals list, absolutely delicious.
