crumbled, or 1 heaped tsp of bouillon powder for gluten free

1avocado
ripe, peeled and de-stoned and roughly chopped

½ tsplemon juice

0.5 clovegarlic
peeled and minced

70gsalad leaves

2chicken breasts
cooked, I like to use the meat from a whole roasted chicken, cut into slices

0.25red onion
peeled and sliced

10cherry tomatoes
sliced in half

100gfeta
crumbled

fresh parsley
small, chopped

2juice of lemons

100mlextra-virgin olive oil

¼ tspdried oregano
