Ingredients: 125ml / ½ cup creme fraiche; 1 teaspoon Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste; ½ a lime (juice); 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil; 500g / 1.1 lb halibut (skinless and cut into 1-2 cm / ½ – 1 inch slices); 3 teaspoons Gran Luchito Spicy Taco Seasoning; 1 lime (juice); 3 tablespoons olive oil; Salt and pepper (for seasoning); 1 yellow pepper (sliced into strips); 1 red pepper (sliced into strips); 1 white onion (sliced into half-moons); 1 packet Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps; 2 limes (cut into wedges); 1 handful parsley (roughly chopped)

Fish Fajitas are our favourite fajitas to have during the summer. Delicious pieces of fresh halibut are simply seasoned here with our Gran Luchito Spicy Taco Seasoning. We then add a bit of lime juice and a drizzle of olive oil, ready to be cooked over a hot pan until lovely and golden brown on both sides. At the same time, we fry the onion and peppers in another pan so that we can then serve a beautiful fajitas platter onto the middle of the table. This fish fajita recipe is even better when served with some warm Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps and Chipotle Crema on the side. Everyone can then prepare their tacos and add a good amount of the crema on top. Simply irresistible!
