For the Avocado salsa

Instructions
For the garlic & herb paste
Step 1
Add all the ingredients listed for it in a food processor and blend until it resembles a paste . Then set aside

For the avocado salsa
Step 2
Add all the ingredients listed underneath “ for the avocado salsa “ mix and set aside

For the steak , sweet plantains & eggs
Step 3
In a pan over high heat add 1 Tbsp of neutral flavored oil

Once it’s hot add the steak , sear on both side , then lower heat

Add the butter and baste then remove off heat until it reaches your desired temp

Using that same pan on medium heat add your sliced sweet plantains and fry until they begin to get brown /dark brown

Remove the plantains & set aside ; remove excess grease but 1 Tbsp
Step 8
Using the same pan ; lower your heat Whisk your eggs then add it to the pan & scramble your eggs.

Toast your tortillas after remove the eggs
