Instructions

Guacamole

Step 1
Cut the avocado in half and place one half in a plate and mash with a fork
Step 2
Chop the garlic the tomato into small pieces. Mix everything with the avocado

Add the salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice and mix until everything is well combined

Ground beef

Step 4
Chop the onion, garlic and parsley.
Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the ground beef. Fry for 2min.
Step 6
Then season with the seasonings and fry for 2 more minutes. Add the parsley, corn and bell pepper. Fry for another minute.

Sandwich

Step 7
Spread the bread with the butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 8
Spread one side of the bread with the cheese dip and the other with the guacamole.
Step 9
Top it with the salad and beef.
