Ground Beef Stroganoff

Well enjoyed in the household. Agree with previous comments- could use some seasoning and is like a healthier hamburger helper. Not at all the bright cheesy color but not too bad. Would put additional veg in future

Easy to make with great flavor. Followed recipe except I used can peas instead of frozen and added canned mushrooms.

Sooo tasty, I added chopped carrot for a bit of veg, and i added the pasta to the pot for a one pot. I definitely make it again

Omg. This was soooooo delicious. I didn't put it in the oven though and I added the whole beef broth to cook the noodles in one pan. But it was amazing!

I added garlic salt, celery salt, and oregano. It was great!

This dish was SOOO good!! But I cut the cheese in half by not adding cheese to the top (my son doesn't like cheese that much) and I added seasoned salt and Dano's Chipotle for added flavor! This will probably be a new staple in my home

Could use something to spice it up.

This was a big hit for my family! definitely add more seasoning. it made it way better after we tested and decided to measure with the heart

Kinda bland even after adding Italian seasoning. Next time, I will add extra garlic and more of the italian seasoning. Good base recipes

Too much Dijon mustard and bland flavor

I used half the amount of mustard. I added peas and carrots both. The flavor was good and easy to make.

I added thyme, sage, oregano, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, and basil. I didn't measure just added lots of seasonings. I also didn't bake it because I didn't wanna.

Yummy! Had plenty of cheese, will probably cut the cheese in half & add crushed red peppers next time I make it.

Pretty good and tasty recipe. However, maybe add more peas and do not precook the noodles. We added Mozzarella and Gouda for the taste.

Definitely a very rich recipe! I personally think it could do without the Worcestershire but that’s just due to personal taste.

We love stroganoff so this was an easy and delicious recipe that will be my new go to. Very simple but so yummy!

I'm disappointed because I really wanted to like it. I will agree with the other comments that it was a little bland. It was definitely missing something. Definitely needs more attention to the sauce. Maybe more dijon mustard?

A little bland but still good. I would recommend adding a bit more of each seasoning except for the salt and mustard. I will make this again with more seasoning and then update the notes.

Used ground chicken and frozen corn instead of beef and peas, works well. Also decided not to bake it at the end and just add remaining cheese and let melt with heat from dish.

More of a stroganoff casserole. Could use a bit more seasoning than what I added. Pairs well with some garlic bread.

Nice one dish meal. Don't be shy on seasoning, pepper, worcestershire, and sour cream really come through. Will add mushrooms next time.

It was ok

Made with frozen corn ( 1 cup) and green beans (1 cup). No peas. Start boiling water for noodles earlier next time.

The whole family really loved this one. It was very tasty and super easy to make. I'd season the ground beef a bit more in the first step but otherwise we loved it It's going to be one of our go to comfort foods.

It was really good. I will use a tad less mustard next time.

My husband requested this for dinner. I didn’t think I’d like but it actually is really tasty! Makes a good amount so you’ll have leftovers. Measure out your ingredients ahead of time.
