Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine ground beef, oatmeal, egg, ketchup, onion, garlic, and salt. Mix thoroughly and shape into 24 1-inch balls. Bake on greased foil lined sheet pan for 8-10 minutes.

Step 2
While meatballs are baking, cook noodles according to package. Drain well and return to pot, tossing with butter and parsley. Cover to keep warm.

Step 3
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and sauté for 4-5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add soup and sour cream and gently combine. Stir in milk and paprika and continue to heat until warm throughout. Fold in cooked meatballs and serve over pasta.
