These are so simple and so delicious, I didn't use caster sugar and they came out perfectly fine, I also used almond flour thay gives these a nice texture. I used my smallest cookie scoop and baked for 10 minutes (my oven tends to run behind most recipes) these came out perfectly soft with a gently crispy outside, beautiful.
