Recipe made 8 this size (blue portion scoop)
I don’t have pre-made pumpkin pie spice. I used heaping 1/2 tsp cinnamon, scant 1/4 ginger and nutmeg and 1/8 cloves
Used home roasted butternut squash instead of canned pumpkin. (Did you know canned pumpkin is not necessarily pumpkin? Plus it is expensive and tastes like the can).
