Instructions
Step 1
preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. In a small bowl whisk together, soy milk and Apple cider vinegar and set aside for 10 minutes to curdle and thicken. In a medium bowl whisk together, flaxseed and water and set aside for 5 minutes to thicken.
Step 2
In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, dill, and black pepper add curdled milk and oil to flax mixture and whisk to combine. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir with a spatula until just combined. Set aside for 5 minutes to rise until batter is a thick liquid that pours slowly. If necessary, mix in additional flower or soy milk one tablespoon at a time to achieve desired consistency.
