Slow cooker gammon in cola

Lol havent tried it this frudge is in a fridge shop rn bahah

But too sweet with the maple syrup

Used diet cola as it's what I had in, but it was still really tasty. Also made gravy from the cooking liquid, just removed the cinnamon and Bay, blended, heated a pint of it then added gravy granules. I'll freeze the rest kf the Dock for future use.

Longer in the oven to render the fat down. Easy recipe.

Not sure oven stage added much, there wasn't really a layer of fat on the gammon we bought
