Taco Bell Cheesy Potato Burrito Copycat Recipe

Very good! Used Fritos Cheese Dip Jalapeno Cheddar and substituted the sour cream for Greek yogurt. Baked in the oven for about 7 minutes at 350 degrees after assembling.

Made it without the potato bites for time constraint reasons, but it was still really good.

Used chilli powder instead of cayenne pepper and added some taco bell taco seasoning and fresh green onions. Delicious! Defiantly will be making this one again!
