Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Double the sauce recipe!

Subbed brown sugar, did half apple cider vinegar and half miren. Used boneless/skinless thighs, so cooked quicker than bone-in. Topped with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Served with rice and side of carrots cut on bias steamed with garlic and ginger, then drained and tossed with extra teriyaki sauce and more sesame seeds. Family loved it.
