Place the chicken breasts, honey, soy sauce, fresh ginger, and garlic in a large resealable freezer bag.

Squish the bag to combine. Remove excess air, seal, and freeze.
Oven Cooking instructions:

Thaw.

Preheat the oven to 350° and grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the ingredients from the bag into the dish and bake for one hour, until the chicken is cooked through.
Crock Pot Cooking Instructions:

Thaw.
Step 6
Pour the contents of the bag into the slow cooker. Cook on low for four to six hours.
Step 7
If desired, shred before serving.
