Ground Beef Stroganoff

Amazing.

Didn't have gravy packet so used 2tsp of dashida powder.

Mixed in spices and cheese from Velveeta Skillet. Seasoned beef with Roasted Garlic & Herb spice. Added mushrooms and fresh shredded mozzarella.

It was good I used cubed beef instead of ground beef and added some mushrooms and a little red wine to it

*Family Favorite* Sub bone broth for water. Make sure to add salt to pasta water. Can sub cream of chicken for cream of mushroom.

Might need to adjust the seasonings a little but overall this was the simplest way I've learned how to make stroganoff ever. Best easy weeknight meal!

I actually used rice because I didn't have egg noodles. It was basic, but good. Easy to make. Family approved. Made it a second time (photo is from then) and it turned out great. Everyone loved it. I used "Poutine" gravy from Clubhouse, as that's all I had on hand.
