Step 1
Boil a large pot of salt water.
Step 2
While the water is boiling, brown 1lb of ground beef, with 1/2 a chopped white onion, 2 cups of chopped spinach, and 2 cups of chopped mushrooms. *you can skip the mushrooms if you wish.
Step 3
Season with French onion seasoning & continuing cooking until the meat is fully cooked. Lipton onion soup mix would also be a good substitute for seasoning here too.
Step 4
Once the water is boiled, add a bag of egg noodles. Cook these how the package suggests.
Step 5
Once the meat mixture is fully cooked, add 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, and 1 8oz container of sour cream. Mix this all up so that the sauce is full incorporated in the dish, and is hot and creamy.
Step 6
At this point the egg noodles should be about done. Drain these and then transfer them back to the pot they were in. Next add the creamy sauce into the same pot as the egg noodles.
Step 7
Mix everything together & optionally add 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. The dish is now ready to serve!
