Copycat Taco Bell Quesadilla Recipe

So delicious I didn't expect the sauce to taste just like Taco bell

It was good, but not something I'm dying to make again.

The sauce is spot on!

Added pico and avocado to mine, but the other one I made was just chicken, cheese, sour cream and sauce.

Quite bland, not for me

I am very happy with the way these turned out!! I did not add any jalapenos because I am super sensitive to spice, but I kept everything else the same!! It's got a hot kick and it tastes EXACTLY like the really Taco Bell quesadillas!! However, a personal error on my end, Don pack it up right away!! I went to eat them at work and they are squishy haha but still delish!

I think I added too much sugar to the sauce. For future reference I would add it last, and in increments. Also would use a mayo that isn't so... mayo-y? It was pretty close, and I think what kept it from being a great copycat was me.

I didn't eat them because I've been sick. Hubby helped me make them so it is an easy recipe. Plus he loved them.

Used sliced jarred jalapeños

Kids love it put less jalapeño for them

Not the easiest for me but I'm just not used to flipping stuff lol 😂 It was yummy.

This was amazing, my family loved it. This will go into my rotation of meals.... my husband said it was better than taco bell's. And so easy to make.

“Pretty damn close” as my husband said. This recipe is delicious. I substituted mild chilies for jalapeños because that is what I had on hand.

Super quick and easy. I was missing one of the spices, but tastes pretty close! I'm planning on freezing some of the sauce to have on hand. Also, add a little more cheese.

Very easy to make. I added sour cream and salsa at the end - will add guacamole the next time I make it.

I leave out the paprika in the sauce because it gives it a powder taste. The sauce has become a staple in my refrigerator. I make a squeeze jar of it and put it back in the fridge so the family can use it on anything they want and to make quesadilla night faster

Super delicious and quick! I put my cooked chicken in my food processor to shred it. AMAZING definitely one of my family faves ! I have a family of 6 and we all can be eating within 20min. It’s AWESOME

This was delicious and tasted just like the sauce they use in the Taco Bell quesadillas! My husband wants it again tonight. Use rotisserie chicken to make it easier! Season that with a little salt and pepper and garlic powder. Quick Update! We’ve been eating this more than I care to admit. lol Make it today!!

I've made this with steak, ground beef and just cheese. It never fails to be a hit.

cooked it on the outdoor grill 3 min per side. Turned out delicious.
