Instructions

Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, begin warming your oil

Season your chicken
Step 3
Cook your chicken in the skillet until internal temperature of 165F
Step 4
Once your chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the skillet and cut it to little pieces

In a medium sized mixing bowl, add your greek yogurt, taco sauce to taste, taco seasoning to taste, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and chicken. Mix until well combined
Step 6
In a greased skillet, place your tortilla in. Add the chicken mixture to half the tortilla, and add shredded cheese to the other half. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes or until the tortilla has a little crisp to it
Step 7
Once done, fold in half and enjoy
