This Teriyaki Salmon Bowl is so full of flavor and comes together so quickly! Cooking your salmon in the air fryer creates juicy and perfectly-cooked salmon every time. The salmon bites are served over rice and loaded up with veggies for a complete meal in one bowl.

Instructions

Step 1
Cut the salmon into 1 inch pieces and add to a bowl. Pour about 1/2 a cup of Teriyaki Sauce over the salmon and combine making sure each piece of salmon is coated well. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions and cut the vegetables so they are ready to serve.
Step 3
After 15 minutes, air fryer the salmon for 5-6 minutes at 375 degrees. Flip, then air fry for another 2 minutes. Every air fryer is different so adjust the time as needed to make sure the salmon is cooked through.
Step 4
Assemble the bowl with white rice on the bottom then evenly distribute the prepared salmon and veggies between the bowls. Drizzle each bowl with the remaining teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds.
