Chashu and Miso Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

Chashu (Roasted Pork)
1 lbspork shoulder
cut into strips
⅓ cupsoy sauce
⅓ cupbrown sugar
2 tablespoonoyster sauce
1 tablespoonginger
grated
Miso Mustard Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Add brown sugar, oyster sauce, ginger to a ziplock bag (1 gallon).
Step 2
Cut pork shoulder into strips of about 1.5 inch, and put into the ziplock bag. Fridgelate, marinate the pork for about half-day.
Step 3
Pre-heat oven 375F, and cook for about 40 minutes.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients well.
Step 5
Rest the pork 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Step 6
Serve with sauce and black sesame.
