Rumoured to be named after an Italian opera star Luisa Tetrazzini when an American Chef created this dish for her. So it's not authentic Italian - but it doesn't make this any less delicious!!

Yummy. I halved the recipe and added bacon but otherwise followed instructions as written.

Delicious! Lots of flavour. I omitted the cream and increased the chicken stock instead to make it lighter. I also replaced the spaghetti for penne.

Really tasty! I made this with leftover turkey after Thanksgiving. Sauce was the right consistency, whole family liked it! I might add a little bit of spice to jazz it up next time for a twist, but it was delicious as written. The pre-oven pero tone was about 30 minutes

Guys!! I mean mine doesn’t look that pleasing but it’s so delicious and easy! I used different type of mushrooms and different noodles and it worked as well 🫶🏼

Note: Use sauce pan to cook pasta first and then to do the rest of cooking in same pan to reduce pans used Also do other prep while pasta cooks

This is seriously delicious. I used 2 cups 1/2 &1/2 in place of milk & 1 cup Chardonnay in place of cream. I also dissolved 1 packet salt free chicken stock in the wine before adding. Used leftover turkey, same weight as the chicken thighs listed.
