Easy Instant Pot Creamy Chicken Jalapeno Soup

This soup is the best!! So good.

Very yummy!!! We used 3 serrano peppers instead of jalapenos and we shredded our chicken after it was cooked for a more even disbursement in each spoonful. We garnished with cilantro and avocado at the end. Our new favorite go-to soup!

This will become a new easy go to dish for me. Finally a recipe that says spicy and is actually spicy😅. I did leave the seeds in the jalepeno though. I served it with some garlic bread on the side. Next time I will add some extra veggies. I made 8 servings but it barely served 4 people with a bowl of soup. So next time I will quadruple the serving size to 16 servings for 4 people 😅

So good!! I added an extra cup of broth, extra spices & cilantro, and used jackfruit instead of chicken. Turned out like taco filling. Very good with avocado and bread on the side!

Very good! Just enough jalapeño to give it a little bite. I made it on the stove top rather than the Instant Pot.

Found the cream cheese difficult to work in, but other than that it was easy. Used a habanero pepper and jalapeno rather than two jalapenos. Live the spice and flavour.
