Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies {Grain-Free}

Love love love! So tasty!

I have made this several times. Always a big hit. Don’t make cookies but bake in a glass dish and cut like brownies.

Yield 3 dozen. Used maple syrup instead of sugar, all coconut oil instead of butter and one scoop vanilla protein powder

I made these and both my (diabetic) husband and I liked them. I do keep them in the freezer to store. Works out to about 4 carbs. Plan on making again. I did make a double batch with no problems.
