Used this to make Guzman Y Gomez style burritos with homemade flatbread, rice, corn etc. It worked perfectly and hit the spot! Wasn't sure what to do with the leftovers as slightly dry, but went well in a poke bowl moistened with kewpie and ABC sauces! Certainly a very easy recipe in Thermomix!
