Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
Toss butternut squash with olive oil, salt & pepper. Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping midway. Allow to cool
Step 3
Assemble crisps by spreading a layer of goat cheese, then top with small piece prosciutto, 1-2 pieces butternut squash, 1 pecan half
Step 4
Once all assembled on serving dish, garnish with balsamic glaze, fresh rosemary, and some freshly cracked black pepper right before serving
