Instructions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil; then sauté the minced garlic until fragrant over medium heat. Add in the flour and whisk for about 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Add in the chicken or vegetable broth, coconut milk or oat milk, canned coconut milk, 2 vegetable bouillon cubes, salt and black pepper; whisk until the sauce has thickened and is smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Adjust to taste. Garnish with freshly minced parsley and enjoy!
