Under 30 minutes

Final changes: add walnuts inside and choc chips on top. Make in silicone cupcake tray (no need to cut) and cook for 5 min extra. Perfect! Delicious but impossible to cut and so messy when following recipe times. Added 10 min to baking time and it's easier to cut. Tried without choc chips but prefer a few sprinkled on top. Added walnuts to the batter. Will put in fridge before cutting next time!
