Apple Spice Pork Chops

Absolutely perfect blend of sweet and savory.

Really lovely and simple meal to make. (Rubbish photo as I put onion and apples on top of pork). I will definitely make again

The apples, onions and spices are my favorite things about this recipe. Goes nicely with potatoes and peas as sides.

Add dried cranberries.

Added garlic and cloves. Try brining beforehand next time, add they were still slightly tough

Lovely dish be making this again but I added mince garlic to it when I put the apples and onion into the pan. Beautiful

I did what Sarah suggested and added more stock and peeled the apples. I really do not like cinnamon and nutmeg stuff but I have to say this was AWESOME! The entire family said we could make this at least once a month! Thank you for sharing!

I left out the onion and nutmeg. I very much liked it but my partner said it was a little sweet.

Absolutely delicious, only things I'll do differently is an extra 1/2 cup of stock, and peel the apples.
