Instructions

Step 1
Season both sides of pork chops with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Step 2
In a container, combine 1 cup flour with a little more salt, pepper, and garlic
Step 3
Dredge pork chops in flour mixture
Step 4
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter and olive oil
Step 5
Fry pork chops in skillet until cooked, about 4 min a side
Step 6
Remove pork chops from skillet once cooked
Step 7
In the hot skillet, combine minced garlic and flour
Step 8
Stir until that thickens, add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stirring continuously
Step 9
Add; salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder stirring until smooth
Step 10
Pour over pork chops and serve
