rough chopped

½ teaspoonred pepper flakes
Aleppo is nice

1lemon
zested, and use fresh lemon juice

2 ½ cupstomatoes
diced, and their juices

1 tablespoonhoney

1 tablespoonfresh oregano
or 1 teaspoon dried oregano

⅓ cupfeta cheese
sheep’s feta is nice here!

¼ cupkalamata olives
cut in half lengthwise

¼ cupmint leaves
torn, or sub parsley or basil
