If you like Reuben sandwiches, might I suggest this fantastic recipe! So simple! I used pastrami deli meat & a bag of shredded cabbage. I also served it with bottled 1000 Island rather than making the recipe's dressing. It would be great, too, with sautéed mushrooms & served with chunks of tomatoes.
