cut, cooked and drained
1 lbpork sausage
mild, browned and drained, such as
4 cupsrusset potatoes
diced
1 cupwhite onion
diced
¼ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper
1 tspdried basil
½ tspdried thyme
2 tspminced garlic
32 ozchicken broth

1 ½ cupsheavy cream
add at the end
4 cupskale
chopped, add at the end
Instructions
Step 1
Add everything to the slow cooker EXCEPT the cream and kale. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours. When the cooking time is done, add the heavy cream and kale, push the kale down in to the soup. Cover and cook for and additional 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
