Instructions
Step 1
Start with a cold pan (sesame oil doesn’t have a high smoke point). Pour the oil into the pan and add the garlic.




Step 2
Turn the heat onto medium-low and cook just until it sizzles. Stir occasionally to infuse the oil with garlic.

Step 3
Add the sesame seeds to the pan.

Step 4
Add the edamame to the pan and cover. Take the pan off the heat.

Step 5
Juice the lemon directly into the pan. Season with salt and stir in the cabbage.





Step 6
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
